TIA presents the tools needed to solve personal problems that become major social problems. No religious reformation, no radical political idealism, no miracles. The program will work on any political platform.

These major issues challenge our ability to cope with life's problems and encumber our governments with outrageous tax burdens.

Why have you not seen the solutions discussed in TIA before? Politicians and education leaders look for political solutions, not people solutions. Your community needs solutions that apply to children, that may be taught to children before they get into trouble as adolescents or as adults.

The solutions to both social and personal problems are available, but hard to find. TIA will make them available to everyone. Better still, TIA will make them available before problems develop, to children, who will then be able to avoid crippling personal problems as they get older.

Bill Allin considers himself an ordinary person who thinks extraordinary thoughts. He insists that all arguments and plans must be anchored in reality, must make sense and the plans must be easy to understand, affordable and simple to implement. He has diplomas, degrees and postgraduate degrees from Ryerson University, York University and University of Toronto (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education) respectively.

Bill's extraordinary hidden disabilities, near-feral childhood and classroom teaching experience gave him a unique perspective on how children learn, where and when they learn, what kinds of things they learn and from whom. These cast strong doubts on accepted wisdom about how and when early childhood learning begins to form the foundation on which the adult is later built. And about how social problems can be avoided in adolescents and adults. What he has discovered applies to every person in every culture. It also gives us unexpected hope for a better future.
